Pricing and Payment

If a product's correct price is higher than the listed price, we may either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order. Delivery, Title and Risk
We at TechnoStore360 will do our best to dispatch your goods by the agreed date. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as delays by delivery companies or manufacturers. If there is a delay, we will inform you and discuss the revised delivery schedule. If you're a Consumer and the new delivery date doesn’t work for you, you can cancel your order.
If you're a Business Customer and we cannot meet the agreed delivery date, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund of any money you’ve paid. To cancel, send us a written notice after the agreed date but before the goods are delivered or you receive a notification that they are ready.
Business Customers should report any shortages or damages within 48 hours of receiving their order. Consumers should report any issues as soon as they become aware of them.
As a Business Customer, please be prepared to accept delivery during regular working hours. Delivery occurs when the goods arrive at your nominated address, and from that moment, the risk of loss, damage, or any other issues with the goods passes to you.
Ownership of the goods passes to you upon delivery.
If you’re unable to accept delivery, we may either store and insure the goods at your expense, sell them, and refund you any excess (minus costs), or arrange for re-delivery with additional charges.
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery. Please check the number of packages and note any discrepancies or visible damage on the Proof of Delivery form. TechnoStore 360 is not liable for issues that are apparent on delivery if you sign without noting them.
Payment
Payment is due when we invoice you unless we have agreed to credit terms in writing. We will invoice you upon accepting your order for software, upon shipping for hardware, upon completion of professional services, or monthly for recurring services. Maintenance and support services may require advance payment.
If payment is late, we may charge interest and additional fees at our discretion.
We are not responsible for issues arising from payment authorization, exceeding agreed limits, or any other payment-related problems. If your transaction is declined, please resolve it with your bank.
Before we ship your order, we may ask for documents like a government-issued ID to verify the payment method. This helps us ensure a safe shopping environment for all users.
